Installation Support Contract

Note : Single installation defines the software install on a computer using the products minimum system requirements. Product installation may require assistance using Remote Control Software, such as VNC. Successful product installation is at the sole discretion of the support technician. Product Installation Support Contracts entitle customers to email, phone and live chat options for assistance with a single product installation. This is a one-time technical support contract.
Email technical requests are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Live Chat and Phone is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Installation Priority Support Contracts are available for $179.95 per product.
