End of Life Statement: VisNetic MailServer Technical Support
Deerfield.com announces End of Life for free VisNetic MailServer Technical Support. Effective June 30, 2011 VisNetic MailServer Technical Support will be available through paid Priority Support Contracts only. Annual Priority Support Contracts are availble from Deerfield.com for $399.95.
You are encouraged to migrate from VisNetic MailServer to IceWarp MailServer to benefit from new features, updates, improvements, and available technical support. You may continue to run your existing VisNetic MailServer version indefinitely if you choose. However, please be aware that there are no future releases, improvements or free technical support for VisNetic MailServer.

IceWarp Server may be purchased from Deerfield.com. If you originally purchased from an IceWarp Reseller, please contact that reseller for assistance.
Deerfield.com will continue to honor existing Priority Support Contracts through the duration of their subscriptions. Customers without a Priority Support Contract can still utilize Deerfield’s online support resources for a limited time. All customers are encouraged to seek support from an authorized IceWarp Reseller moving forward.

IceWarp Distribution is the new IceWarp Distributor in the United States and Canada. IceWarp Distribution’s goal and reason for existence is to ensure the success of IceWarp resellers. IceWarp Limited and longtime IceWarp technology provider, Deerfield.com, have established this new entity, IceWarp Distribution.
As IceWarp introduces new technologies and capabilities to IceWarp server, and subsequently increase business opportunities, it is imperative a high level of training, support and service be provided to the reseller network. IceWarp Distribution’s sole responsibility is to provide channel partners with sales opportunities, training, and a dedicated resource for anything they need, putting resellers in the best possible position to succeed, and providing end users with excellent service from local, qualified resellers.
No. IceWarp Distribution only sells to authorized IceWarp Resellers. IceWarp Distribution does not sell direct to end users. End users ready to purchase IceWarp Server or obtain support should contact an authorized IceWarp Reseller. Locate an authorized IceWarp Reseller using the IceWarp Reseller Locator

No. You will continue to login using the same credentials. Order history prior to August 4, 2010 will require appending “_iwinc” to your user login, the password will remain the same.

Initially reseller discounts will not change, however, over the coming months we will evaluate each reseller on an individual basis and make adjustments as warranted.
Yes. Commission checks will continue to be processed weekly for the previous week’s sales. The status of your commission checks may be monitored in your shop.icewarp.com account under “Commissions”.

Yes. Sales leads will be assigned to Certified Resellers.
Yes. A single page addendum to your existing IceWarp Reseller Agreement will be required. The addendum will assign the agreement to IceWarp Distribution from IceWarp, Inc or Deerfield.com

No. Authorized Deerfield.com Resellers interested in reselling IceWarp Server must complete the IceWarp Reseller Application and become a reseller under IceWarp Distribution. Resellers can Apply to resell IceWarp Server.
No. All US and Canadian resellers have been reassigned to the IceWarp Distribution network. IceWarp Inc provides direct sales only.
