3CX Phone System Free edition wins Gold Award
Ricky Magalhaes in his review for WindowsNetworking, awarded 3CX Phone System Free edition the Gold award with 4.6 points out of a possible 5. "I found the PBX to be stable and easy to use and in a few minutes I was able to set up a replica to our more costly hardware (proprietary alternative) that we use in our office. I could not believe this system was free." The reviewer goes on to state, "If you are looking at moving to VOIP consider this product as a great introduction to the VOIP/SIP space."

In an article for Network World, Gearhead columnist Mark Gibbs, reviews 3CX Phone System Free Edition, describing it as a "great, free VoIP system". "The 3CX Phone System is excellent.
