Deerfield.com seeks individuals to join its Web Development team. Applicants must be highly adaptable and trainable. Deerfield.com is a team-oriented environment and the ability to work with others towards a common goal is a must. Applicants for the position of Web Developer should demonstrate the following:

• A strong understanding of HTML as well as experience in at least one programming language
• Experience in Active Server Pages, Cold Fusion or JavaScript is a plus
• Database design and development experience with MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle or another enterprise level database system is desirable
• Some graphics experience and an understanding of the dynamics of web imaging is a preferred
• An understanding of the limitations caused by different Internet Browsers is also beneficial
