1. What is your privacy policy? charges applicable sales tax for orders placed by organizations located in Michigan. Sales tax is automatically computed upon placement of your order.

Pursuant to the Digital VAT Directive, European customers will be charged VAT (Tax) on all downloadable digital products and services, including software.

We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Please send a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing address to our fax number at: 989-731-9299. Please reference your order number. payment options include credit card, check or money order, and wire transfer. You may reference a Purchase Order when placing your order, however, software registration details are not issued until payment is remitted.

All products may be downloaded from our Download Center. Simply select the [Download] link located below your product's listing. Upon reaching the product-specific download page, you may choose to download the software via FTP or HTTP. Click on "All Windows Platform" to begin the download.

DNS2Go customers running Linux may download DNS2Go here. Those running Perl systems may download here.

If your download is cut off (for example, you lose your Internet connection, or there are server problems), you may return to the Download Center and begin again. If you selected the FTP option, your download should resume where it left off. Otherwise, the download will start over from the beginning. If you are prompted to replace the existing file on your computer, click Yes.

Requests for return must be made within 60 days of purchase. Products purchased from sources other than (i.e. Local Reseller, Internet Electronic Reseller, Mail Order) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policy.

If you purchased a product online, direct from, please print and complete the Product Return Form. Sign the completed form and fax it to (989) 731-9299. Upon receipt of the signed Product Return Form, your refund will be processed within two business days. Your credit will appear on your subsequent credit card billing statement.
