Premium Priority Support Contracts entitle customers to unlimited priority email and 3 hours of phone support for one year. Priority technical requests are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Additionally, support contracts include a live chat option that instantly connects you to a technician online. Live Chat and Phone is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
